Update: I chose to revise my original rating of 1 star due to the fact that the financial accounting documentation that I had been requesting was finally provided.

I would not recommend retaining Fotex Labs’ social media services. After 6 months, my small business didn’t have enough increase in revenue to justify continuing our contract, despite Fotex’s guarantee to create content and strategically advertise my business across multiple platforms.

Upon the conclusion of our contract, Fortex has repeatedly ignored my requests to provide a detailed, transparent overview of how my business’ $300 per month for paid ads was spent. This lack of documentation and honest communication leads me to believe our funds were not utilized as promised.

Olga at Fotex is great. She has spoken several times to a business class I teach and I have gotten to know her companies work. It is obvious why so many companies use Fotex and are happy with their results. She completely understands the workings of the web and how to promote companies for success. I will say something else that I look for in businesses that speak to my class and in general. Integrity. Being on time, being honest with what they say, walking the talk. Olga is all that.
