Worst experience all I can say…. Go digit call Center team was chasing me almost for a month for the renewal, despite saying them do not call me I would do it before the policy expires and I would want to do it on my own. Again seven days just before the policy was about to expire I got a call and they offered a special discount on a condition, offer. An be availed if I renew the policy immediately. The Go Digit employee offered me a quote and told me it’s a special discount they can offer me today. I got the payment gateway link over my phone to renew my policy and I made the payment. To my surprise I was issued a wrong policy all together, the car details shared in the policy were not mine. When I highlighted the issue the team says there were some documents, which got shuffled and this glitch has happened because of that. Heard this kind of an excuse for the first time and Now starts the real pain to get the refund. I haven’t got my refund as of yet and had to spend almost 2 hours over the phone to get them rectified this mistake.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Go Digit. Their service is among the worst I’ve encountered. Initially, they make enticing promises to secure the policy, but once you’ve signed up, they vanish and fail to deliver on their commitments. Beware of their false promises—it’s truly a terrible service. Avoid them at all costs.

If this is how they treat a corporate client, I can only imagine the nightmare single car owners must go through

Worst insurance company for your vehicle. Wanted to get my vehicle claimed. But they are not interested in picking up calls or replying on msgs. Not even replying on emails. The surveyor which are appointed are least bothered. Do not trust this company at all. It’s been over a month they haven’t approved my claim and not at all answering my calls for knowing the status. Worst customer services.

To be honest I dont even feel like giving a start consider it as a negative 100 from my side. It is the worst insurance support I have ever seen. They don't even follow up with the clients for claim related updates. I have to call my advisor everytime I needed an update it's been almost 3 weeks since i have registered a claim and i still have to personal call my so called advisor Sahil Mane for an update. And to put the cherry on top he never used to receive my calls instead I used to get a text msg "i'll call you back later" i never received a single update from him till now. To connect with him I had to call the customer care so that they can connect me with him. His manager Mr. Pavan Ingle was supposed to call me to resolve my issue for that particular call I was waiting for 2 days. Apparently for godigit 10mins= 2days. Seriously guys don't even think of buying insurance from godigit YOU WILL REGRET FOR SURE.

Worst Experience from the entire Go Digit team, especially the Customer Care. NEVER EVER CONSIDER TAKING A POLICY FROM THEM. Even in case of medical emergency, no response and days of delay in processing and approving the Mediclaim. Patient still stuck in hospital even after 24+ hours post-discharge. Completely fraud and useless. Caused immense amount of monetary loss, no use of having a medical policy from them. Highly unrecommended. Never buy a policy from GODIGIT. Rejecting claims baseless-ly.

Worst insurance company, they do fraud by not claiming the costliest part of the vehicle by saying this doesn't shown on photo that you sent us , they give me claim of 11 small parts which is cost me around 3.49k and by adding tax and all the amount is 5.5k but the costliest part of the vehicle that is (fork T) which they not accepted for claiming cost me around 3.5 which I have to pay to the service centre, my claim is "0% payment claim"which means I only have to pay normal amount between 100rs to 300rs . But now I I'm paying more than 3.5k , I suggest you people please do not buy insurance from this godigit company, it's the worst one and u will definitely regret after purchase,
Be aware by this type of Fraud by shitty (godigit)insurance companies 🙏

I'm writing this review as a warning to others: avoid Go Digit Insurance at all costs. My experience with their services has been appalling.

*Key Issues:*

1. *Delayed Claim Settlements*: It takes an average of 2 months to settle claims, causing unnecessary financial stress.
2. *Poor Communication*: Lack of transparency and unresponsive customer support.
3. *Unreliable Service*: Failed to deliver on promises, leaving me frustrated and disappointed.

Their service is very pathetic and the agony is that they call themself 5 star insurance company. For last 1 month I m chasing them for my scooty insurance policy transfer to my name. Atleast 10 times I have uploaded scooty and other pics on their app, portal, email but every time I call them they again request for one or other documents. They do not keep track of conversation with their customers so everytime we have to mention all the history to their customer support person. Really fedup with this company.
