This dentist does not accept our insurance so we paid $235 out of pocket for 1 cavity. Scott is out on leave and someone else is covering right now. We paid almost $2000 for a crown. We are switching dentists. He could accept our insurance (Delta dental, the highest I can get from my employer, a school district!) but they don’t want to accept less money. Do not go unless you are ready to pay for everything. Switching.

Dr. Schapansky was great, helping me with my sleep apnea. I had put it off for too long. His staff is friendly. They were very kind and respectful, especially during covid!

First off, let me say that prior to this appointment I was terrified because I have had really bad experiences in the past, but Dr. Schapansky is an EXCEPTIONAL dentist! He has completely restored my fear of the dentist and I highly recommend him. He is extremely gentle and personable, as well as, very knowledgeable! I called in that morning because I was in a good amount of pain, and the doctor made time to see me that day. The care plan he recommended has 100% treated my pain and I couldn't be happier! If you are in need of a dentist, do not hesitate to call his office, because you will not be disappointed! All in all, a phenomenal dentist who has himself a lifetime patient!!!

Dr. Schapansky is, without a doubt, the best dentist in the Central Valley. It's not that he does one thing particularly better than other dentists, rather- he takes care to address all of the small things, which, when taken together, add up to make your experience fulfilling and complete. Attentive staff, thorough and respectful follow-up, appointment reminders, warm and inviting intake process, and then a skillful display of expert dentistry. He educates, informs, and guides each client he sees. Plus he's funny as hell. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now.

Don't let the baby face fool you Dr Schapansky knows his stuff. I have had so much dental work done in my 54 years,I was always being sent to a specialist for root canals or extractions. When you are in pain and then have to wait for a specialist it just gets old. Dr Schapansky is a 1 stop shop for %90 of your issues. His staff is friendly and make you feel right at home. Very informative so you always know what is going on. From new teeth to old worn out teeth this is the place to come.

I experienced tension headaches for as long as I can remember. I had tried many different avenues to alleviating the headache pain and tension. Nothing really worked for long periods of time. When I went to Scott Schapansky, he and his staff were very welcoming. In addition to the genuine staff, Scott’s dentistry practices are effective. He was able to relieve my headaches by simple yet very effective means. I felt relief in an instant of him working on my teeth. He also provided information on the rationale behind his techniques. Scott’s passion and dedication to his work shines through in a very genuine way. I greatly appreciate a professional who applies his or her knowledge in practical and helpful ways. Scott definitely practices in this manner. I highly recommend his services!

Scott is great. I've gone to the Schapansky's for dental care since the 1970's. First I went to Scott's father, Weldon. Now Scott is following in the footsteps of his father. My teeth are doing well!

Sleep apnea patients BEWARE! I was dramatically misdiagnosed as well as treated in a manner that exacerbated pre-existing conditions that have luckily only required being corrected by 2 years of metal braces but worst case scenario was upper jaw surgery... All this to say, I shouldn't have even been diagnosed to have sleep apnea that needed to be treated medically. PLEASE get a second opinion before pursuing sleep apnea treatment from this facility!!!
