I went here Thursday night because I wanted fish so bad I got the 2 pc catfish dinner, I pulled to the drive-thru to see the cashier & a guy in a white hoodie sharing a vape. I wanted to ask for a manager but figured with them vaping right in front of a customer no manager could have been there. This made it even worse my food was not eatable so I threw 12.41 in the trash. I will never be back!

The food was great, but the customer service was very disappointing!! The heavy tatted woman at the drive-thru was aggressive and rude, and the man who handed me my food wasn’t any better. When I politely said thank you, a simple acknowledgment would have been nice instead of immediately closing the window in my face. This level of rudeness is unacceptable. More training in customer service is definitely needed but if they are unhappy with their employment, then maybe it’s time to find another!

Went during lunch rush. Have never been before so I didn't know what to expect, food was so fresh and hot. I had to wait 10 min for it too cool off. But it was very good. I'll definitely be coming back. On the down side I found a tiny done in my fish that stabbed my gums.

The only Captain D's near me without going to Alvin or Katy. There used to be one in Stafford next to the Walmart on W. Airport & 59. I was totally bummed when it closed. Ergo, this Rosenberg location better stay put until the Lord's Second Coming! Anyway, I had an obsessive craving for Captain D's exquisitely made fish and hush puppies, so here I am! The drive thru was fast even though it was lunch time. Try coming here during Lent. Oh Lawdy!

Food is that stuff you get from food distributors that are plastic bags of pre-cooked, frozen items of various kinds. The hushpuppies, various fishes and shrimp all have the look and taste of this stuff. Which you can get at Sam’s or Walmart. This stuff is just thrown in a fryer with again frozen fries and coleslaw from a jar. Literally nothing being made fresh.

For the price, being over $10 a plate for small portions, that’s a lot of markup. Especially considering the caliber of employee walking around I’m sure factoring into the profit margins.

If anyone needs a better example of what the food tastes like, think about those old buffet restaurants like Golden Corral or school cafeteria food. It’s literally the exact same food.

I was very disturbed by my visit to Captain D's today. When I pulled up the the speaker to order someone came on and advised them to give me a few minutes. After a couple minutes I had reviewed the menu and decided that I was going to order. I kept saying hello about seven or eights times and no one answered me so I decided to pull up the the window. The representative opened the window and I explained that I could not hear anyone to place my order. She very rudely stated that the bell went off three times and she kept saying hello. I again explained to her that I did not hear her otherwise I would have placed my order. She then continued to state that her manager kept hearing the bell and asked what was going on. I stated that I could not hear. She then motioned to me that I would need to go back around and get in line. I was pissed by this point and was done. I did not get back in line and drove off. I do not tolerate rude and/or disrespectful customer service. I am a supervisor in customer service and would have NEVER treated my potential customer that way. If I was already at the window why didn't you just take my order since I told you I could not hear over the speaker. I will not be going back to this establishment as they do not know how to treat customers! If you are hungry and want some cheap seafood I advise you find yourself somewhere to dine who will appreciate you being their customer. I went down the road to Jack-in-the-Box and was given great customer service and my food was delicious.
