I Recently brought their marine transit policy for my goods. Before buying no one informed me about what things are covered. They had me pay 3000 RS as premium. When my goods were damaged, they say that only when the transport vehicle is struck by lightning or due to any natural calamities the goods are damaged, I can claim. Such a fraud company and their agents don't have basic decency to admit the wrong. Do not buy their policies as they won't admit their wrong. Like what are the chances of a lightening being struck on a moving truck that too damaging the goods ffs.
