one of worst insurance company. my vehicles (2No's) got accident and given all details but they cancelled the claim saying same dialogue. they don't visit the site of accident and just repeating the same word required higher officer approval but they don't give higher officer contact details as he was as busy as PM of India. very bad in customer services and their employees also as bad as the company. request you don't buy any insurance policies from this website. I will give zero start rating but its not available.

Worst insurance provider you can find in the world. They reject without even a provide proper reason. customer care is for just for reading same script that please drop a mail. nothing will be resolved with customer care.

If there is a negative rating as review i will -5.

please don't take this insurance.

It has been a very disappointing experience. They added items to the non-payable section without reviewing the documents and ignored the claim amount. The customer service team is also not helpful. They just listen without providing any resolution. Everything is handled via email, and they don't read the emails thoroughly or understand the key points. They only focus on what they have in mind. Without checking the documents, they simply add all amounts into the non-payable section. We need to follow up multiple times with emails and calls as gentle reminders; otherwise, it takes a lot of time. I have never experienced this level of poor service from any other company.

worst and waste insurance company. They are unable to understand English and not correcting the policy even after multiple reminders. they stated wrong address in the tax invoice and other details and the insurance policy hence finding difficult to set things right.

I suggest others not to choose Godigit Insurance.

The worst insurance provider, total communalism, do not care about customer. They are sweet till you buy the policy, then they don't give a damn. Worst experience.

Worst Experience.. Suggested never use this Fraud.They never settle the claim...All of them are fraud.

I admitted in ASTER PRIME HOSPITAL.the hospital staff coordinated with the City manager of GoDigit, got the pre authorised approval later cancelled.

They called them self 5 star rated , but in actual it’s no star rated company . They charge high and never settle your claims and come up with some odd reasons .

Very worst experience, after payment they hold policy for KYC.
As i am generating insurance for my fathers scotty. Not having all the documents handy. Support is not responding
