Nashville is great at what they do. Communication is stellar and anything they are ever tasked they get done without any issues. We would not recommend using Kayla Pendletons marketing company Nashville Marketing. They charged us $5,000 up front, several hundred in ad spend TESTING and produced ZERO return . After 6 months we got a total of 3 leads and the same exact ad copy that WE provided them! We were assigned several different people to run our campaign and each time we were handed off, there was ZERO communication as to what we were asking from them! We constantly had to re-explain what we wanted, delaying launching our campaign! Which was NEVER LAUNCHED! When we finally got the opportunity to speak with Kayla. She apologized profusely and said no one communicated anything to her and wished her company hadn’t grown so quickly so that she could have been more involved. She then said she felt it would be appropriate to give us a refund. Now she is ignoring our emails and we have not heard from her in months! Once again, do not spend your hard earned money with this Company.
