I took all of my certification exams at this testing center and had no issues. I recommend going here in the morning, as it's typically less crowded. Keep in mind that the center may open slightly later than expected due to morning traffic. (You can email or call the testing center before your test day to confirm if they will be open as scheduled.)
Be sure to bring two forms of identification. Once your exam is finished, note that the testing policy doesn't allow waiting inside the building, but there are chairs outside if you're waiting for a ride.
Additional pros:
- Free Parking
- A clean bathroom
- A locker is provided for you to put your personal belongings (you will hold on to a key until the test is over.)
- Earplugs, a sharpie pen, an eraser, and two whiteboards are provided.

I took the CBEST here this morning and had a great experience. I arrived a little early, around 10, and check in was quick. Instructions from the test admin were clear.
The testing center had some noise from other participants, but nothing overly distracting. I used the provided earplugs. I noticed larger ones outside the testing center so grab those if you're noise sensitive. They provide a small locker for your items and a clean bathroom as well.
When I was finished at 11 there were a few people waiting, but nothing too bad. I rescheduled my other CBEST tests to this location.

The place is very noisy. You can hear the traffic. You can hear when people are talking. The rooms are not sound proof. I don't recommend this place at all.

Took all 3 CBEST tests here same day and passed, so here's a review.
I went in at 8:10ish, was easy to find parking, but it is limited to 10 spots so idk how it is for folks with appointments midday. There's signs pointing to where the facility is once you park, so it's easy to find.
When you arrive, you'll have to place everything you have in a small square locker, you are given a lock and key for it. If you have larger items, like a backpack, water flask, etc. I'd recommend leaving them in your car.
The room is divided into small cubicle like testing stations. It's isolated enough to where I didn't feel distracted by others but noise is definitely a thing. From typing to lawn work the next building over. They do give small ear plugs which helped muffle some noise. I haven't been in a testing facility that was sound proof so can't knock them for that.
I was able to schedule my testing date the day before and complete my tests back to back regardless of my appointments, so that's a huge plus. I was in the facility at 8:20am out of the testing facility at 11:30am since I finished my exams early. If I was forced to stick to my appointment times, I would've been out at 2:00pm at the earliest. If I ever have the chance to test take here again, I will

Testing center has free parking. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get signed in until the last time when I waited more than 30 minutes (thought I wouldn't be able to test since it went a little past my appointment time). The staff are usually very efficient and informative. Testing room sucks becausw there are people pounding away on their keyboards, so don't forgot to take an ear plug they offer once you go into the room. I also like that the bathroom is right around the corner unlike their previous center where it was downstairs in the back.

I took my CBEST here & passed but I would’ve appreciated a recent review of the place, so here I am for you all!
First, parking was a breeze—it was free when I went.
Finding the place was a bit confusing, just go to 3rd floor & turn left. It’ll be one of the last offices on that floor.
Upon arrival, you sign in. Be aware you will not be able to bring *anything* in the testing room. No tissue, water, paper, pencil, hand sanitizer, etc. I was asked to leave my sweater in the locker too.
The room itself is pretty small and NOT soundproof. The ac is loud, and the room is pretty warm. You can hear everyone typing away pretty loudly, and conversations from the reception area! No social distancing in there either.
My main concerns were COVID sanitation procedures, which there were none. I didn’t witness any wipe down of equipment after other people left. Which made it difficult to focus on the test, when there’s a whole pandemic & everyone is sharing keyboards, markers, chairs, little social distancing, etc.
If this is one of your main concerns I recommend you look for another center.
Giving this place 3 stars bc of the ease of parking, available lockers, and availability of testing dates.

Took one test here and had a fine experience. My second experience was the opposite. Showed up for my 9:30 appointment 15 mins early. All of the computers were taken. The man had 10 people put their names on a waiting list. He would not give us any estimate for how long we would have to wait. I stayed there for an hour and a half. Not one person had finished their test. How do you overbook a testing center that badly? Not going to schedule a test there again.

Disappointed. The lady at the reception was literally threatening me for canceling my exam. Why would you not allow me to appear in my exam? because I showed up little bit earlier than my appointment and your testing center was closed? As per Google, their business hours are 8 am -4 pm pacific. but I found out that they only work on appointment basis.I politely asked her why do you guys don't pick up calls? and your mailbox is full. But instead of giving me good customer service, she yelled at me.I understand i showed up earlier but regardless testing center should be open as per their business hours or put a note on their website that they only work on appointment basis.Hopefully they start giving good customer service.
