Das Jobcoaching von Out of the Box war unglaublich hilfreich. Als Ausländerin in Deutschland war es toll, die Besonderheiten des deutschen Arbeitsmarktes zu kennen.
Sie hat mir geholfen, meinen Lebenslauf für die angestrebten Positionen zu überprüfen und anzupassen, mich auf Vorstellungsgespräche vorzubereiten, meine Emotionen zu kontrollieren und mit Stress umzugehen.
Ich kann dieses Coaching nur empfehlen, nicht nur für berufliche Themen, sondern auch für das Leben. Vieles von dem, was ich gelernt habe, setze ich täglich um. Ihre Methode ist einfach, direkt und objektiv, ohne Informationsüberflüssen, was das Erreichen der Ziele erleichtert.
Mir gefiel auch, dass die Treffen online stattfanden und die Zeitpläne flexibel waren.
Durch Anne-Caroles Coachings war ich in der Lage, einen neuen Job zu finden, und das innerhalb von nur 4 Monaten, nachdem ich effektiv Bewerbungen verschickt hatte. Und nicht nur das, ich bin jetzt ein selbstbewussterer und belastbarerer Profi.
